Robert represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, routinely representing companies in litigation before trial and appellate courts; trying arbitration cases before third party neutrals; defending employers in proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, and DOL; advising clients on compliance issues and litigation avoidance; drafting employment documents; and engaging in collective bargaining.
