areas involving commercial, industrial and residential real estate,
including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, planning, zoning,
construction, leasing, landlord/tenant relations, foreclosures, and
evictions.
Our attorneys are capable of assisting clients with such matters

- Negotiating contracts for the purchase and sale of all types
of commercial, industrial and residential real estate
- Assembling plant sites for grass roots industrial facilities
and shopping centers
- Drafting contracts, leases, loan documents, and other
instruments needed in connection with real estate closings

types of real estate
- Reviewing and negotiating oil and gas leases, pooling,
unitization, access, and easement agreements on behalf of
mineral and surface estate owner.

estate and disputes between landowners
