We trace our roots to 1907 when Will E. Orgain opened a law office in Beaumont to handle land litigation arising from the Spindletop oil boom. Major T. Bell joined in 1925 and John G. Tucker followed in 1933. All three became preeminent Texas attorneys and the firm has carried their names since 1945.

Today our attorneys carry on the traditions of the founders. We are passionate about our clients and the law. We work to understand our clients, keep them well informed and advocate their best interests. We also pride ourselves on mastering the law to produce quality legal work that is both timely and cost effective.
